Samples of Change

|
In many organizations and businesses old approaches are
working less effectively. Change is slow because of old practices and
styles that have been in use a long time have worked reasonably well
in the past. Every organization is unique. Our approach is to begin
where each organization is, responding to the current need in tension
with the desired future. We use foundational participatory methods to
help the leadership team develop a culture inclusive of stakeholders,
market environment and the company's unfolding possibilities. We work
closely in cooperation and consultation with those designated to lead
the organization.
Key Assumptions about the Transformation Process:
- We co-create with clients and transfer initiative as quickly as
possible. It is vital that the change process is motivated from within.
- We provide that which you need but can't provide for yourself at
the present time.
- Implementation is an integral part of the planning process. It produces
effective and catalytic change in the direction you have decided.
- Our participative process establishes movement and learning from
which a new operational culture can emerge.
- Training is a supporting part of the transformation process.
- ICA is about transformation, therefore training modules we provide
are integrated into the overall process of change
- Leaders are those who drive the change process of their organization
and are willing to change themselves.
