CONTEXTUAL STATEMENTS

ICA's service role is focused on contradictions in society. Everything we do is research through which we learn, then immediately apply our learnings to the task at hand. We put our expanding intellectual capital quickly into the hands of clients and an active group of ICA associates. This allows our common learnings to grow quickly.

• We continually expand our own access to learning in new arenas.
• We study, analyze and integrate and then make our learnings accessible and available to others.
• We approach projects and clients through appreciative inquiry building on strength and success.
• We bring our long experience in working with volunteers as a value for organizations whose members have many work choices.
